Summary of Job Role

As Integration Manager your responsibility is to process all incoming and outgoing merchandise and manage spaces according to established warehouse guidelines. The Integration Manager is responsible for the productivity and security of the integration and conditioning team working under his guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Signing shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct merchandise has been received.
- Thoroughly inspect merchandise for any damage and discrepancies.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all merchandise received and distributed.
- Strategically allocated space to store merchandise to achieve peak storage efficiency within the warehouse.
- Accessing the weights of merchandise enables us to recommend the appropriate envelopes, boxes, containers, or crates in which to pack merchandise.
- Promptly processing distribution orders or requests, which includes retrieving specified merchandise from storage as well as packing, sealing, and labeling merchandise accordingly.
- Managing the warehouse in line with the company’s standards.
- Take charge of stock control and warehouse organization.
- Regularly update the data storage system.
- Safeguards warehouse operations by complying with extensive security procedures and protocols.
- Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
- Managing the integration of new systems by working closely with engineering departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with external vendors and procurement department to manage needed components for the projects and ensuring that they meet the standard and quality set by engineering.
- Ensuring that project goals are being met and identifying issues that need to be addressed by other members of the team.
- Develop detailed rollout plans in consultation with Project Manager.
- Coordinating with clients throughout the delivery process to ensure that agreed terms are met.
- Communicate with PM about the status of projects and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Follow up alerts and escalation issues.
- Organize notes, assign roles, and oversee warehouse employees (for other roles, see what is a warehouse associate)
- Approve additional resources, recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.).
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Create and affix warehouse labels
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise warehouse employees.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or any relevant field.
- 3- 5 Years experience in a similar field and similar role
- Minimum knowledge in Microsoft office tools (outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of Supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service and leadership skills.
- Dynamic skillset to manage, guide and support a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of meticulousness and strong attention to details.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Job Types**: 100%, 90-100%, 80-100%, Permanent, Fixed term
