Summary of the Position: As a Financial Controller in the retail sector, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to our client. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure financial stability and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee financial audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar financial management role within the retail sector.
- Solid knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
