**Who we are looking for**

We are building smart solutions that range from connecting and monitoring compressors all the way to optimizing operations, predicting and automating repairs. Other digital services as remote support, solutions navigator and digital training complete our current portfolio. To do that, we need you, a digital product manager, to be part of our newly established team. To succeed in this position, you should have a university (or university of applied science) degree, a proven professional track record and a passion for exceeding clients’ expectations.

**Your main responsibilities includes**
- Build the future of mixed reality solutions together with a newly established interdisciplinary and data-driven team
- Identify and understand customer value based on his business objectives
- Translate business and customer needs into a product vision and coordinate the team to execute a shared vision
- Turn the product vision into a product roadmap and actionable backlog
- Prioritization of product features and capabilities, manage product releases
- Responsibility for the digital product over the entire product life cycle
- You manage and balance costs and benefit of the digital offering in close collaboration with your business counterpart
- Coordination with the internal and external stakeholders
- Successful transfer of a digital product into business operations
- Definition of success metrics, creating roadmap for achieving success and taking responsibility for successful implementation
- Monitoring of digital technology

**What you should bring**
- University (or university of applied science) degree with a proven professional track record
- At least 2 years of experience as a product owner or product manager, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong customer and goal orientation
- Experience with agile and customer-centered development approaches
- Experience in DevOps is a plus
- Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and group presentations
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness
- Ability to gain trust of various stakeholders and influence without authority
- High flexibility and structured way of working
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Experience to work in an international organization and in multi-cultural teams
- Proactive, creative and innovative
