We are looking for an enthusiast and dynamic eCommerce Merchandiser to join The North Face team in Ticino, Switzerland.

Let’s talk about the role

As the eCommerce Merchandiser your role within The North Face is key to execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales, margin, inventory turnover, visual presentation and customer satisfaction whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role:

- Build & maintain the eCommerce digital catalogue.
- Focusing on product flows, site maintenance and ensure data accuracy.
- Executing eCommerce go to market operations, feature the right products at the right time to leverage campaign success.
- Monitoring Menswear business on a daily, weekly, monthly period driving customer experience, reducing friction and maximising product views/conversion.
- Driving merchandising and sequencing with an eye for technical details and colour as well as metric performance.
- Providing support with stock management activities, such as publication & out of stock removals, etc.
- Working with various 3rd parties and a cross functional team to execute all site updates such as navigation and SEO optimisation.
- Contribute regular feedback for partners such as and buying/planning/performance media/marketing.
- You’ll become a merchandising expert, gaining broad experience using PCM, Fredhopper, Monetate, ContentSquare and Websphere systems.

- You will be able to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- You are self motivated, flexible, and able to handle large volumes of work independently.
- You must be detailed oriented working around multiple seasons.
- You have the ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Previous digital/eCommerce experience is an asset.
