**Talent & Learning Manager (80-100%)**

Männedorf, Zurich

**Your contribution**

You will have the unique opportunity to be part of our journey to bring talent attraction, onboarding and people development to the next level. You will make it count by translating business needs into learning solutions.
- Design and deliver global leadership development and talent programs as well as leadership workshops (virtually and in person)
- Continuously evaluate our learning offerings and recommend adjustments to modify existing offerings and suggest ongoing improvement with a key focus on user experience
- Responsible for or involved in global and local HR projects

**Your background**
- 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering leadership workshops and talent programs globally is key
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in working in an agile way is a plus
- A team player with a strategic mindset as well as a strong executer
- Fluent English skills, other languages are a plus
