**CONTEXT & MISSION**:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated **ESG Data Intern** to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This internship provides a unique opportunity to contribute to our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of sustainability reporting and climate management.
This position reports to **Head of Sustainability Finance,** ensuring alignment of data and reporting efforts.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Reporting Consolidation: assist in consolidating data for sustainability reports (including carbon footprint)
- Data Consistency Checks: ensure data consistency and accuracy across different sources and create data control procedures
- Reporting Improvement : be part of an IT taskforce to automatize and improve sustainability reporting
- Graph Creation: create visually clear graphs and charts for reports and presentations
- ESG annual report update: work closely with the Reporting Manager to update the annual report to support data collection process and timings
- Field Trips: occasionally travel to our operations in Provence, France
**HOW YOU CAN FIT**:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Business Analysis/Data Analytics, with an orientation on environmental science, sustainability, business, or related fields - **An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory**:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reporting tools
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in creating engaging presentations (PowerPoint skills)
- Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
**STARTING DATE**: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
