PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Roxane Sector) - Perfumery Plant

**Work Location**: Satigny, Genève, Switzerland

**Key Responsibilities**:
Be accountable of a highly automated sector in the Perfumery Plant (Roxane Sector)

Supervise Team Leaders & Operators by motivating them to achieve goals and targets

Provide leadership for the implementation and execution of the HS&E policy, procedures, operator performance and local HS&E improvement plans to ensure the highest safety performance is achieved

Identify and drive the changes to improve production efficiency, increase yield and reduce production costs through LEAN initiatives. Improve End to End processes to maximize plant efficiency, and better serve our customers

Participate to the definition of the site master plan to align site capabilities with strategic objectives

Develop and maintain reporting mechanism needed to monitor production rates, yields, and quality, cost variances

Be accountable that proper training is provided on operating and safety procedures, equipment and controls

Coordinate production activities with planning, engineering, maintenance and quality control activities (Identify non-conformances and solve problems)

Maintain production and other documentation - batch sheets, operating procedures, PCN, forklift inspections, and participate in annual documentation review

**Conduct shift meetings on a variety of topics**: safety, quality, people, and productivity

Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating multi-disciplined teams to facilitate production activities

Ability to read, analyze, write reports, interpret statistical data, engineering diagrams, technical procedures, or governmental regulations

Excellent communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and employees

Capacity to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to critically evaluate results, make recommendations and reports on projects.

Effective management of a variety of activities in a fast-paced environment, combined with a focus on engaging employees, effective decision making and effective communication style

**Requirements**:
Engineer in mechanic or process engineering / Automation, Chemistry, or related field

At least 5-years’ experience in a food-manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or related manufacturing environment

Fluent in French & English

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and SAP

Green/ Black Belt certification is an asset
