**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Definition der langfristigen Ziele des Produkts und Festlegung des Funktionsumfangs
- Produktvision entwickeln, definieren und kommunizieren
- Optimierung der Kosten für die **Produktentwicklung und -wartung**:

- Backlog Management
- ** Requirements Engineering**:

- Release Management
- Sprint Planung mit dem Entwicklungsteam
- Überwachung der **Produktqualität**:

- Verantwortung für fachliche Konzepte
- Aktive Mitarbeit am internen **Produktentwicklungsprozess**:

- Jährliche Budgetierung der zu erwartenden Umsätzen, Wartungs
- und Weiterentwicklungsaufwänden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Account-Management und Support-Team

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich.
- Erfahrung als **Product Owner oder Produktmanager**:

- Kenntnisse in der **Softwareentwicklung und technisches Verständnis von Softwarearchitektur**:

- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit **Produktmanagement Tools** (z.B. Jira)
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und Entscheidungen in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu treffen.
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Markt
- und Kundenbedürfnissen.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
