Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, un client, une Manufacture horlogère de renom, recherche pour sur le secteur du Locle un ou une:
**SALES COORDINATOR ALL/ANGL H/F**:
**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION**:

- Gérer le suivi administratif et le reporting du marché Allemand dans le respect des procédures établies
- Gestion des demandes clients, des commandes et de la facturation
- Reportings des ventes (hebdomadaire et mensuel)
- Suivi des envois et retours
- Support du Brand Manager Allemagne

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation commerciale et disposez d'une expérience confirmée dans la gestion clientèle
- Vous disposez d'une réelle orientation client final et êtes sensible au domaine du luxe et ses exigences
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), persévérant(e) et force de proposition
- Vous avez une excellente capacité à prioriser, à organiser et affectionner le travail en équipe
- Vous êtes apte à travailler en autonomie et polyvalence et disposez d'une bonne capacité à gérer le stress
- Doté(e) d'un excellent sens du relationnel
- Vous maîtrisez l'allemand et si possible l'anglais
- Vous possédez par ailleurs une bonne maîtrise des fonctions avancées d'Excel
- La connaissance d'un ERP est attendue (idéalement proconcept)
