Manager Qc Microbiologie

Notre client, une entreprise spécialisée dans les dispositifs médicaux et avec une envergure globale recherche actuellement un manager QC microbiologie dans le cadre de sa forte croissance pour rejoindre son site situé vers Lausanne.
Cette personne devra posséder un vrai leadership ainsi qu'une grande expertise dans le domaine de la microbiologie.
**VOS MISSIONS**:
- Superviser le département QC microbiologie (environ 4 personnes) et faire monter en compétences vos collaborateurs.
- Participer activement aux audits internes et externes, que cela soit pour la planification, le plan d'audit ou encore les évaluations et recommandations.
- Intervenir en tant que référent microbiologie au sein de la société selon les besoins et faire respecter les standards qualité
- Proposer des axes d'améliorations concernant la conformité, la qualité ou encore l'efficacité
- Identifier les problèmes microbiologiques et mettre en place des CAPAs
- Collaborer avec l'ensemble des départements et mettre en place des KPIs.
- Participer activement à la vie du laboratoire et de la documentation qualité.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Master en biologie idéalement avec une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou des dispositifs
- Expérience avérée dans le management d'une petite équipe
- Connaissances approfondies en validation des procédés (QI, QO, QP), Bioburden et endotoxine.
- Français et anglais courant.
- Leadership développé et esprit d'équipe.
- Bonne connaissance sur MS Office.
