Institutional and Hnw Sales

**Mission**
**Ensure the growth of Institutional Business and HNW Clients within the bank and provide high quality service and support to ensure excellent customer experience.**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients from the targeted regions and segment
- Closely follow up client onboarding and assist client in the onboarding process
- Train clients on all available trading and banking tools
- Identify new business opportunities from existing client base through close contacts and collaboration with CS Team
- Grow volumes and Assets of client base
- Meet on a regular basis with clients and prospects (On or Offsite)
- Identify client needs and be able to work closely with internal units to provide the solutions that will fulfill the client needs
- Liaise with different departments to resolve KYC/AML and other matters
- Manage clients’ requests such as periodical reports, commissions/rebates calculations and payments and follow up with the relevant Bank departments in order ensure timely response to the client.
- Actively participate in associations and industry events to keep up with trends and opportunities
- Build strong and productive relationships across all internal product, new projects, client services, operations and marketing areas
- Comply with regulatory requirements, company and group policies, maintain compliance awareness
- Play an active role in product and capability development by articulating long term trends and product gaps to the bank management
- Collaborate with Marketing team on product and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity
- Organize client events together with Marketing Team
**Profil**
- 5 years of relevant sales experience, if possible, in financial services
- Posses’ extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment
- Languages: French - English, others an asset
- Interest in trading and the stock market
- Swiss-resident or willing to relocate
