**Restaurant Supervisor / Deuxième Maître d'Hôtel**

Verantwortung für das Herrichten des wunderschönen Restaurants

Garant für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller Services

Begrüssen und Umsorgen aller externen und Haus-Gäste, perfekte Beratung und Übertreffen der Erwartungen

Willkommen, Schulen und optimales Einteilen der Chefs, Demi-Chef und Commis de Rang

Steigerung des Verkaufs

Erstes Niveau des Reklamationshandling und Bericht an den Manager

Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und Arbeiten nach den LQA-Richtlinien

Restaurantfachmann -frau Ausbildung

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Luxusbetriebe

Sie beherrschen Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch, mindestens 2 der Sprachen fliessend in Wort und Schrift
