- The Crystallization Lab within Process Research & Development develops crystallization and precipitation processes designed to deliver desired solid-state properties, purity, and yield for development programs within our diverse pipeline. Another core business of the Crystallization Laboratory is the development of new technologies focused on improving the efficiency of laboratory crystallization development and to provide greater depth of process understanding is also a team’s core business._
- You will have the opportunity to focus on a research project in the field of crystallization. The project will have a hands-on, lab-based component in which you will execute laboratory experiments using state-of-the art laboratory reactors equipped with process analytical tools. You will evaluate the outcome of the experimental results by performing liquid-state and solid-state analysis with tools that are widely applied in the pharmaceutical industry._

**Your responsibilites**
- Literature research of relevant publications
- Develop a work plan with supervisor
- Independently execute laboratory experiments and perform necessary analysis
- Write report covering outcome of the study
- Ensure accurate recording of experiments in electronic notebook

**Your Competencies**
- Student or graduate of Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Process Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Experience with laboratory work
- Well-organized, structured, and independent way of working
- Innovation, motivation and creativity
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal English skills, German is an asset
