In order to reinforce the Product Development team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

**PRODUCT OWNER 100%**

The Product Owner has a significant role in maximizing the value produced by one or several teams ensuring Stories meet the user’s needs and comply with the Definition of Done.

The Product Owner is responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.

This role has significant relationships and responsibilities outside the local team, including working with the Product Manager, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.

He/she will be integrated in our working methodology based on Agile (SAFe).

***MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Working with the product manager and product management team in order to define new Features and Enablers opportunities.
- Ability to qualify, sharply articulate and steer the Product Vision, Mission, and Strategy, and inspire stakeholders and customers, foster support, and build a following. They must be able to keep everyone on message with the vision, but they must be open and responsive to challenges to that vision
- Experience in leading agile teams as Product Owner
- Experience with SAFe framework
- Provide backlog management and prioritization
- Prepare and participate in PI Planning
- Validate that the increment meets the user’s needs and the definition of done.
- Participate in agile meetings of the train (ART Sync, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective)
- Animate the sprint planning, explaining the product roadmap and helping the team defining sprints objectives in order to meet the global program objectives.
- Excellent team collaboration

**Professional requirements**:

- Familiar with agile methodology (SAFe, SCRUM)
- Collaborative tools (Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Teams)
- Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 3+ years professional experience Expertise in managing digital projects and coordinating agile development projects, preferably in a Product Owner role.
- Experience in mobile app development in a complex and regulated environment

In addition, you are fluent in English, German and/or French.
