**Your Responisibilities**
- Lead factory forecasting cycle to ensure correct costing of products, stock and efficient usage of materials with the business
- Support the Head of Operations in ensuring in depth modelling of factory production performance
- Summarising and reporting full factory P&L results to the swiss board as well as providing insightful analysis vs budgets
- Influencing and persuading Senior Stakeholders on the actions to hit the planned EBITDA
- Reviewing and forecasting factory production performance and explain variance reports
- Business partner with wider Nomad unit to develop new product costings
- Building annual plans for the Nomad group ensuring clear and insightful development to hit the business 5-year strategic plans
- Perform month end tasks within SAP to ensure accurate and timely financials
- Ensuring SOX reconciliations and compliance
- Leading year end audit for the factory and ensuring strong representation and demonstration of local controls
- Working with multiple stakeholders including our central hub (Italy), Nomad group as well as the local senior management

**Your Profile**
- University degree in Finance and qualified Accountant with +3 years post qualified experience
- Factory finance experience with SAP ERP transaction knowledge
- Knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligation and local statutory reporting as well as experience in finance integration and knowledge of MU/SU operating model are highly desirable
- Highly numerate and analytical, with good attention to detail
- Organised, with strong prioritisation skills to enable delivery within tight timescales
- Good written and oral German and English knowledge
