Deine Rolle
Als Teil eines Startups wirst du in verschiedenste Bereiche eintauchen. Zu deinen Aufgaben werden u.a. zählen:

- Du leitest die Bildungsabteilung mit einem Team an Kursleitern und Administrativen Assistenzen.
- Du stellst reibungslose und skalierbare operative Prozesse sicher.
- Du organisierst Schulungsräume und überwachst die Auslastung der Fachreferenten.
- Du baust Kooperationen zu relevanten Stakeholdern wie z.B. dem Roten Kreuz auf.
- Du führst einen internen Entlastungsdienst für pflegende Angehörige ein.
- Du entwickelst das Weiterbildungsangebot strategisch weiter.
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Produkt
- und Marketingteam zusammen.

Stellenanforderungen

Das bringst du mit
- Du hast Erfahrung bei der Implementierung von operativen Prozessen.
- Du hast bereits Führungserfahrung.
- Du kannst unter Druck lösungsorientiert arbeiten und gut priorisieren.
- Du sprichst Deutsch und verstehst Schweizerdeutsch fliessend.
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, willst Dich ständig weiterentwickeln und suchst die Herausforderung.
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gesammelt und ein Studium abgeschlossen.
