**Postdoctoral Position: New Materials for Microfluidic Redox Flow Cells**:
**Your mission**:
**Main duties and responsibilities include**:
As a Postdoc in our team, you will play a key role in advancing the field of microfluidic redox flow cells through the synthesis, characterization, and testing of new materials. The main duties and responsibilities of this position include:

- Leading experiments for the synthesis, characterization, and testing of new materials designed for redox flow cells.
- Evaluating the performance of these materials in both standard electrochemical cells and microfluidic systems.
- Providing supervision and guidance to master students working on related projects.
- Contributing to the preparation of publications to disseminate research findings.

**Your profile**:
To be successful in this role, we expect the following qualifications and skills:

- A Ph.D. in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, or a closely related field.
- A strong background in electrochemistry, with a focus on (redox flow) batteries.
- Advanced knowledge in materials characterization techniques.
- Demonstrated creativity, self-motivation, and a passion for scientific exploration.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong team-player mentality to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
