**Customer Service B2B Internship 60-100% - Zürich (6 month)**

Through taking over tasks in the areas of Customer Service, Order/Invoice Management, Returns & Claims Handling, and more, you'll gain invaluable insights into our processes and systems. This internship serves as an excellent foundation for anyone aspiring to pursue a career in a B2B Supply Chain / Customer Service environment.

**Your responsibilities**:
Your role and responsibilities will be based on the following pillars: Excellence in Execution, Learning & Decision Making, Problem Solving & Communication
- Cross-functional support in daily business and projects (e.g. Commercial Team, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning)
Ensure efficient and accurate order entry into SAP
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to process improvements
- Utilize PowerBI dashboards to build insightful reporting
- Support of Supply Chain / Customer Service projects
