We are looking for a:
ICT Consultant

About you:
Reporting to the management, you will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team and will be responsible for the customer management and development activities related to the sale and delivery of consulting services in the HR field (Search & Selection, Head Hunting, Mapping) with a special focus on IT- ICT specializations.

Your role

As an ICT Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting local team in implementing our business model, in collaboration with another consultant specialized in IT/ICT recruitment, to achieve the expected results
- Analyze the market in order to find trend or company needs
- Design and develop sales activities to attract new potential customers.
- Managing recruitment process to find unique talents

What you will need:

- Bachelor's degree or in Economics, Low or Social Studies
- Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in the IT sector, either in IT companies or in the ICT/IT division of research and selection companies
- Passion for the ICT and Digital world
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German will be a preferential requirement
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Teamwork
