**Your tasks**
- Ensure, that our students social and emotional needs are supported and guided within an efficient system.
- Complete the circle of well-being of our community through prevention, identification and individual program designing plus follow up and documentation.
- Offer individual or small group counselling sessions, cope with family problems, coordinate learning support and work closely with our teachers together.
- Manage our screening process with our external partner.
- Provide teachers with strategies in helping students through observations and support best practice and coordination.

**Your requirements**
- Teaching diploma for the kindergarten, primary or secondary level
- Counselling certification/qualification
- Bilingual English and German
- Experience and expertise in counselling in an educational setup
- Success in providing motivation and guidance to students, staff and parents
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interested in current pedagogical developments
