Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Product Quality Lead to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis located in Basel. Our client is focused on meeting the medical requirements of rare illnesses and offering them treatments and services.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the E2E compliance of one or various products, across the various manufacturing steps and the life cycle of the products starting from clinical phase until when suitable the termination of the commercialisation of the product.
- Guide and arrange quality features for integration of new acquisition.
- Guarantee alignment of product changed and cooperate with crucial colleagues to develop bundling methods that uphold international supply while improving product strength as technology transfers, new product introductions, etc.
- You will arrange product QA actions across markets, such as launch preparation in various hubs.
- Offer direction and quality contributions to the CQAs, specifications, comparability, and stability programs, assistive site and strategy transfers.
- Accountable for arranging/issuing the APQR.
- Guide/QA representative of product governance boards.
- You will advice/guides multifaceted quality problems and influence international solutions to guarantee constant drug supply to patients.
- Cooperate with the rest of the quality functions to guarantee product quality needs, problems, or solution s are promptly discussed at all suitable levels.
- Partake in the developing and streamlining own operations.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a pertinent field, for example: pharmaceutical, biotech or a life science field.
- At least 10 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical organisation, ideally with biologics and cell banks, drug substance and drug development manufacturing.
- Familiarity working in a QA, production, development, and commercial setting.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMEA and/or any other health authorities.
- Leadership skills to make difficult decisions.
- Prior involvement with both large and small molecules.
- Acquaintance with oversight of CMOs on an international level.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
