**Executive Assistent (m/w/d) 100%**:
**Your challenges**
- Active support of the Group CEO in different business-related matters (e.g. expenses, scheduling, travel arrangements etc.)
- Manage and develop the team assistant who is responsible for other executive committee members (exco)
- Document and organize CEO related events and meetings (e.g. monthly exco meetings, board of director Meetings, strategy offsites etc.)
- Establish and actively manage the annual corporate calendar
- Close collaboration with internal communications, marketing and employer branding representatives to align on PR, social media and internal comms
- Support other tasks, activities and or projects related to the board or exco

**Your skills**
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by project demands in a changing environment
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Proactive, open-minded and independent personality with strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in both German and English
