Dann ist das deine Chance Für den weiteren Ausbau unserer zentralisierten Kundenauftragsvorbereitung suchen wir nach Automobildiagnostikern oder Mechanikern wie Dir, ganz egal, ob du bereits Erfahrung mit elektrischen Fahrzeugen besitzt oder nicht. Wenn du ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis, IT und Englischkenntnisse mitbringst und bereit bist mit uns Geschichte zu schreiben, dann passt du perfekt in unser Team
What You’ll Do
- Bearbeitung von Kundenbeanstandungen inkl. Terminierung von Reparaturen im Service Center oder Mobile Service
- Schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz
- Du diagnostizierst, lokalisierst Störungen und deren Ursachen über die Fernwartungsoption «over the air»
- Selbstständig und proaktiv organisierst du in Zusammenarbeit mit deinem Team deinen täglichen Arbeitsablauf
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team erzielst du ein hohes Maß an Qualität und sorgst dafür, dass die Tesla Reparatur-Guidelines eingehalten werden
- Du bist massgebend an der Effizienz des Serviceablaufs im Service Center beteiligt
- Durch deine Entscheidungen und dein Organisationstalent trägst du maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit und dem Unternehmenserfolg bei
What You’ll Bring
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Automobildiagnostiker(in) oder Automobilmechatroniker(in) mit ausgewiesener Diagnose-Weiterbildung
- Große Affinität an Informatik, Software
- und Computertechnologie
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und / oder Italienisch von Vorteil
- Exaktes Arbeiten ist für dich und dein Team oberste Priorität
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit dich in einem ständig ändernden Umfeld mit neuen Technologien anzupassen
- Mindestens 2 Jahre im Besitz einer gültigen Führerausweis B
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und weißt, dass der Weg zum Ziel nur über ein starkes Team führt
