For our client, an international company located in Vaud, we are looking for an accountant immediately available for a 1 year contract

**Responsibilities**:

- Journal entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Coordinate and manage monthly/quarterly/annual closings
- Daily/monthly/quarterly reporting activities
- Manage credit collections and accounts receivable
- Define customer credit limits and evaluate risk profile
- Manage the use of financial instruments such as Letter of Credit for customer financing
- Calculate and report distributor commissions / customer annual rebates
- Coordinate bank transactions and reconciliations
- Coordinate employee expense and credit card management
- Coordinate the external and internal audit process
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting in a multi-national environment with collaboration across boarders
- Strong PC skills with knowledge of an ERP: SAP a big plus
- Fluent in French and English (C1 spoken and written)
- Motivated with a “can-do” attitude, autonomy and customer oriented
