To ensure the platform’s operation and continuously develop it further in a way that brings value to the user, we are looking for a Salesforce Administrator.

**Main Tasks**
- Serve as a team contributor for the Salesforce platform environment with 200+ users
- Handle essential platform administrative functions, including user management, modification of Lightning apps, page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new custom fields, and other routine tasks
- Understand requirements and develop proposed solutions on the platform together with the team and with relevant stakeholders
- Investigate and diagnose identified problems concerning the platform in terms of workarounds and/or elimination of the root cause
- Assist in training new platform users and expanding Salesforce skills throughout the organization
- Maintain documentation of current and new platform customizations
- Perform regular internal platform audits and prepare upgrades
- Ensure optimal performance of the platform

**Your Profile**
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Knowledge of Salesforce products, their functionalities, and best practices
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer accreditation will be an advantage
- Other Salesforce certifications (including MuleSoft) would be an advantage
- A basic understanding of business processes, including their modeling
- Knowledge in the area of Requirements Engineering is an advantage
- Be able to collaborate with stakeholders from a variety of disciplines in a solution-oriented manner
- You’re comfortable in an agile work environment
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
