Project:
For our client, a large pharmaceutical company located in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a Reagents Operator (M/F/d).

Background:
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work in shift operations (two shifts 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00).
- Timely and high quality production of liquid reagents for BGE products and their GMP compliant documentation.
- Print samples and batch documents from SAP
- Timely and high quality filling and control (online inspection, IPC) of liquid reagents for BGE products and their GMP compliant documentation.
- Preparing consumables used for manufacturing and filling and stocking the production premises with all necessary materials
- Operating the preparation systems incl. PLS as well as the filling equipment
- Performing maintenance activities of the filling equipment according to the relevant SOPs.
- Carrying out cleaning activities in the preparation and weighing areas and around the filling machines
- Operating the batching and filling equipment
- Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical failures
- Rapidly resolve incidents to restore equipment availability
- Carrying out improvements/optimizations on the equipment
- Supervision of external technicians
- Optimal use of resources
- Assisting with logistics and packaging operations

Depending on background and strengths, the following tasks are also possible:

- Quality compliance. Compliance with all relevant SOPs, legal,

regulatory and GMP requirements in the work area.
- Preparation and processing of SOPs, changes and deviation reports
- Induction of new employees
- Assisting in the processing of projects related to the preparation activities and the

Filling machines

Must Haves:

- Completed education preferably in the chemical field (e.g. chemical technologist) or in the technical field of plants (e.g. plant technician or automation engineer).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with plants and/or chemistry (including training or apprenticeship).
- GMP knowledge and experience in a hygienic area
- Very good written and spoken German language skills are required (protocol)
- Very communicative personality with high quality awareness
- Sense of responsibility, goal-oriented, reliable and self-initiated
- Team player and committed to helping out in other areas as well (e.g.: Packaging)
- Independent, flexible, systematic and solution-oriented way of working
- Positive attitude towards life
