Background:
In the area of R&D BG/E system development and integration in the system testing team, we are immediately looking for motivated and committed reinforcements for the existing team. In our team we collect qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate the components throughout the entire instrument life cycle. We verify the overall BGE system according to prescribed guidelines and customer-oriented method simulation with appropriate evaluation and documentation. In this position, changing projects and short-term requests are part of daily business. A high degree of flexibility is part of our everyday life. We are a young team and our team values are based on trust, transparent communication, self-organization, team spirit and joy at work with the aim of offering the greatest possible scope for creativity.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
*Independent execution of routine tests for component evaluation during the development phase
*Participation in extensive series of measurements with different types of samples on test and reference devices according to project specifications
*Coordination of test content with internal interfaces and regular communication to relevant stakeholders about the progress of the tests
*Support of project and team members in the creation of the necessary documentation
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary development teams
- Proactive observation of potential device errors and reporting them to appropriate interfaces
- Support of knowledge transfer of release methods and acquired experience in production
- Your technical skills are in the support of devices asked
- Willingness to handle potentially infectious human material

**Must Haves**:

- Completed scientific laboratory technician training (biology laboratory technician, chemical laboratory technician or similar)
- Preferably 1-3 years of professional experience in dealing with medical analysis equipment, biological materials and potentially infectious samples - working in the BSL-2 laboratory
- Very good communication skills in spoken and spoken German Written, English is an advantage
- Openness to learn something new every day and to share knowledge with the team
- Independent, precise, proactive and reliable way of working with regard to the diagnostic relevance of the experimental activity
