We develop and support Joe Sandbox - one of the most advanced malware analysis systems for Windows, Linux, Android, iOS and macOS operating systems. Joe Sandbox is actively being used by CERTs, CIRTs, AVs and firewall vendors around the world.

We are looking for a motivated **Legal Counsel **to assist us in negotiating SaaS and software license agreements. We are located in Reinach, Switzerland, near the city of Basel with good access by public transportation and car.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for contract review and negotiating our SaaS / software license agreements. Additional you will also contribute to the overall legal research, advice and other legal assistance to the company.

**Job Requirements**:

- Started or finished license to practice law
- Good understanding of SaaS and software license terms
- Knowledge of technology privacy laws such as GDPR and other privacy related issues
- Experience in contract negotiations
- Interest in IT and cyber security
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluent in spoken and written English

**Job Types**: Part-time, 40-60%
