This is a part-time supervisor role in our St. Moritz** **retail store, reporting to the Store Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

Supervise daily operations and guest experience. Ensure store metrics align with core values. Support training, code of conduct, and policies.

**Responsibilities** include:

- Managing day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Assisting customers through education and demonstrations
- Embodying brand and values
- Handling retail transactions
- Stocking products and helping with deliveries
- Maintaining clean store appearance
- Collaborating for a positive guest shopping experience
