Aufgaben Selbstständiges Management des Produktportfolios Periodische Bedarfsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Fabriken und 3rd Party Lieferanten Logistische Schnittstellenfunktion zu Produktmanagement, strategischen Einkauf, Produktionsplanung, 3rd-Party Lieferanten, R&D, Sales und Accounting Operative Beschaffung von Fertigwaren bei internen und 3rd Party Lieferanten inkl. Bestellung, Überwachung der Bestellungen, Rechnungsprüfung, Überwachung und Bewertung von Lieferanten Sicherstellung der Lieferfähigkeit und -zuverlässigkeit durch Überwachung und vorausschauende Maßnahmen der gesamten Supply Chain Allokationsmanagement bei Engpässen Kontinuierliches und proaktives Bestandsmanagement in Relation zu Kundenanforderungen, Lieferfähigkeit und Bestandsumschlagsziele Pflege von Produktstammdaten (Sicherheits-, Mindest
- und Maximalbestand, Mindestbestellmengen, Produktlebenszyklus, etc.) Proaktive Information über Produktengpässe an regionale Logistikorganisationen oder andere interne Partner Mitwirkung an Phase-in
- und Phase-out-Projekten hinsichtlich logistischer Verantwortung Anforderungen: Kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung vorzugsweise mit Berufsabschluss in der Logistikbranche/Warenwirtschaft; höhere Berufsausbildung wäre ein plus (Fachausweis, Eidg. Diplom) 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Kundenorientierte Persönlichkeit Erfahrung in globalen Unternehmen sowie Lieferketten Programmkenntnisse: SAP R3, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/APO oder ähnlich und Microsoft Office Programme Du hast Freude an Projektarbeiten, welche unser Team unterstützt und dazu beiträgt, unsere Ziele erfolgreich umzusetzen Teamplayer Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Sprach und Schrift Arbeitgeber
