**Group Data Solutions Coordinator**:

**Job objective**

As our reporting needs are quickly growing with our new Jedox platform, we are looking for a new motivated talent to join us on our data journey.
The Group Data Solutions Coordinator will be involved in the build and run phases of all projects related to group data processing and reporting. He/She will mainly have to ensure that the current group reporting processes (Forecast, Budget, Business plan, Actual) are running smoothly on monthly basis, administrate the Jedox platform and develop ad-hoc reports when requested by business users. He/She will also actively participate in the implementation of new reporting modules, including artificial intelligence prediction and scoring.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Manage monthly reporting processes ensuring that data is correctly setup, data interfaces and reports are running, business users have access and performing any required correction,
- Support business users with any issue faced during data collection phases,
- Develop / setup new reports when required by business users or support group business users on developing their own reports,
- Participate in the design and implementation of new reporting modules like workforce planning, sales prediction
- Follow and test new functionalities delivered on quarterly upgrades

**Description of the relationships**

The Group Data Solutions Coordinator reports directly to the Group Finance Solutions Director.
The Group Data Solutions Coordinator works in close collaboration with other talents from Finance, Human Resources, Marketing and Operations departments.

**Job requirements**
- Degree in Data Science/Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a related domain
- Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing), any additional language is an asset.
- Self-starter and autonomous
- Excellent organization skills, with strong work ethic and able to interact and cooperate with people at all levels in an organization.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills

**Specific technical skills**
- Very Good knowledge of EPM platforms and multi-dimensional modeling : Jedox (preferred), SAP BPC, Tagetik, Workday Adaptive Planning, BOARD
- Good knowledge of ETL processes and solutions (EasyMorph a plus)
- Knowledge of BI solutions like Qlik, PowerBI a plus
- Great interest in data crunching and analysis, artificial intelligence, data science
- Knowledge of financial principles (P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow ) a plus
- Knowledge of CRM and/or ERP a plus (SAP cloud solutions preferred)
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal calmly, positively, and professionally in tense or elevated situations and with stressed talents
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, obtain results, provide solutions for a broad range of technical problems
