**Operational Transfer Pricing Manager**:

Transform processes and functions in the area of operational transfer pricing as part of ABB’s finance strategy and be the responsible project leader for the Group, globally across all Divisions. Provide or develop expertise in the very special field of operational transfer pricing and related finance topics.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead the operational transfer pricing strategy and connect with other departments to ensure a smooth and successful implementation
- Design and develop the E2E operational transfer pricing process, data, systems strategy as interface between controlling and tax across various businesses in line with ABB’s finance target operating model and tax requirements
- Advise legal entities within the ABB Group with respect to operational transfer pricing
- Ensure alignment with other transfer pricing/tax processes
- Responsible for project management and management of key stakeholders, ensuring that delivery of transfer pricing transformation processes are managed effectively and alignment with business and finance stakeholders as well as finance transformation team
- Provide input into finance transformation roadmap and communication activities, and be engaged member of the wider finance transformation team
- Provide operational transfer pricing and financial expertise, simplification and standardization of systems and processes globally
- Organize and project managing working groups, senior business teams and finance teams and establishing other forums as required
**Your background**:
- Finance professional with extensive practical experience in finance controlling and/or operational transfer pricing matters of more than 10-15 years
- Ideally, track record of successful implementation of operational transfer pricing transformation or similar projects in a multinational industrial company in an in-house or advisory role
- Used to working in complex business environment of a large multinational
- Excellent understanding of accounting, controlling, finance processes
- Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure (MS Office, SAP, operational transfer pricing software and/or SAP PaPM)
- Strong leadership skills, self-starter and team player
- Multi-cultural mind set
- Proven project management skills
- Finely tuned presentation and reporting skills
- Significant experience of multi-faceted collaboration with superior engagement and communication skills
