Tasks
- Conduct diligent and repetitive tasks using our digital tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures to complete tasks, adhering to quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Perform data entry, data validation, and data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Conduct research and gather information from various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and suggest innovative solutions.
- Maintain documentation of processes, and best practices for future reference.
- Proactively identify potential issues or errors, escalate them appropriately, and propose solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with data analysis and data management principles.
- Proficiency level in English and German, other languages as a plus
- You work independently and creatively in a startup environment
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are reflective and open to feedback
- Hands-on mentality, open-minded, and willing to learn new things every day
