Good news 1WorldSync is looking for a **Director, Production **to join our team. This role can be based in Switzerland, the UK, or the US.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a **Director, Production **to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our **Vice President, Operations**, the **Director, Production** will provide general oversight of the data production team, including people management and budget development and oversight. This role will manage overall data production processes according to internal quality standards & TAT (turn-around-time) requirements. The **Director, Production** will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure new customer needs and business expansion opportunities are communicated and SLAs are met.
As **Director, Production **at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:

- Provide direction, vision and management of all data production teams, including contractors
- Oversee production activities according to internal quality standards and TAT requirements
- Perform deep evaluations of new customer needs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine business expansion opportunities
- Manage requests and commitments of special customer catalogs and projects
- Direct delivery of data production according to agreed SLAs
- Oversee budget preparation and control for data production department
- Collaborate and liaise with internal departments including customer support, client solutions, sales, and data production teams
- Production forecasting, planning, control, reporting
- Load balancing and resources allocation
- Collaboration with managers of contractors in all processes
- Oversee senior data production managers
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years experience in data production
- 5+ years experience managing a diverse data production team
