**Job Description Summary**: Systems engineering is a cross-functional engineering discipline centred on an approach, mindset, and process. The GT24/26 Systems Integration Leader will be a member of the Gas Turbine Engineering organization of GE Gas Power in Baden and functionally a member of the global Systems Engineering Team.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Lead large cross-functional teams to execute GT24/26 annular fleet development and/or technology uprate initiatives (NPI) with Integrated Performance, Controls, Accessories, and global engineering teams.
- Own the overall systems integration for the assigned gas turbine flange-to-flange throughout the product life cycle.
- Manage requirements across module interfaces (compressor, combustor and turbine).
- Manage interfaces between the gas turbine and accessories systems and balance of plant.
- Define and maintain product Quoting Limits, including performance, durability, emissions, operability, etc.
- Be an expert in understanding our customer’s needs and translating those needs into viable products.
- Create and cultivate the MGPP and MGTP, with the Platform Managers, to ensure continued viability of the GT24/26 platform in the market place.
- Clearly communicate the platform’s requirements to all aspects of the business with continued refinement throughout the effort.
- Provide technical consultation on the gas turbine’s specifics throughout the business including Product Management, ITO, and OTR support.
- Cultivate positive working environment and morale, drive a sense of urgency and quality with speed
- Demonstrate mindset of ownership and accountability to achieve programs KPIs and CTQs and ensure teams delivers to support aligned goals
- Support a culture of “Lean Thinking” among the Engineering community
- Demonstrate clear technical communication skills across engineering, commercial and sales organizations.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering
- Strong engineering experience with a few years additional experience in multi-disciplined engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of gas turbine equipment and demonstrated technical credibility.
- Experience leading and working across global teams and building partnerships
- Critical, systems thinker with the ability to bring others along, even those with conflicting priorities
- Customer mindset with strong focus on quality and deliverables
