Support the Head of PMO RDS to maintain innovation reporting through
- Assist the Head of PMO to maintain and develop further the OMYA Innovation process
- Support the “regional PMO" activities on demand to co-ordinate the regional market development and innovation project portfolio
- Provide project management training to all regional functions on demand
- Support the PMO team in the implementation of Omya's innovation strategy and the relevant decision making process
- Management and coordination of external contacts on innovation managemen
- Ensure as part of the PMO team the fit of the Omya innovation process with all relevant Omya processes within product regulatory, regional organization and GOP/Engineering for a seamless transfer of innovation from global to regional
- Support the facilitation of a RDS roadmap for digital transformation
- Support the RDS focus areas for long-term development and lead projects or programs in these focus areas on request
- As part of the PMO team ensure governance for the global RDS groups, on time reporting and budget allocation to innovation horizons
- University degree in engineering or natural science (Batchelor is minimum requirement, Master is a benefit)
- Certificate in project management preferred or willing to pursue a certificate
- 3-5 years project management experience
- Analytical thinking skills; affinity to numbers, structure, reporting
- Skilled in the use of relevant software (MS office, PPM software)
- English is a must, German is a benefit
- Communicative team player
- Readiness for business travel ( up to 10 %)
