n this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Management Systems. You will be part of a small team, you will manage all facility and real estate-related activities to ensure appropriate facilities for Accelleron's businesses. With a strong focus on process orientation, you continuously improve our processes for facility management and real estate to support the operational units effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implement a strategic real estate plan for the medium term to enhance the Local Unit’s facilities in CH for both current and prescribed future needs.
- Manages own assets in a cost-efficient and economical way to improve profitability, productivity, and flexibility.
- Supervises all major real estate investments in owned or leased facilities.
- Acts as a prime point of contact for local authorities for regulatory and compliance purposes related to owned facilities in CH.
- Plans and implements maintenance, testing, and inspection schedules to ensure the facility is operating safely and efficiently, maximize the life of equipment, reduces the risk of failure, and meets statutory obligations.
- Ensures security solutions and services follow Accelleron’s security standards.
- Ensures appropriate maintenance, inspection, and testing activities are carried out and records are kept for all fire safety equipment and systems.
- In conjunction with the Sustainability Manager, ensures all real estate facilities and services are managed and monitored to maximize the energy efficiency of buildings and sites, makes assessments, and recommends energy-saving solutions including implementation.
- Supported by Health and Safety Manager, ensures that all activities led by Real Estate and Facility Management are undertaken with all necessary safety control measures to mitigate and eliminate hazards/risks.

Your background
- University of Applied Sciences degree with extensive knowledge of Real Estate, Facility Management, and Security.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, and Security.
- Strong service orientation and drive to learn and improve, strong process orientation.
- Functional leadership experience.
- Good command of English and German, both spoken and written.
