**Functie**:
Als **Service Advisor** zijn dit jouw belangrijkste taken:

- Klantgericht**:Eerste aanspreekpunt** voor klanten, **advies verlenen** en **klantbehoeften begrijpen**;
- Coördinatie**:Plannen van serviceafspraken** en **bestellen van onderdelen**;
- Administratie: Bijhouden van **klantendossiers**, **werkorders** en **offertes**;
- Communicatie: Effectief **communiceren met klanten** over service en reparaties;
- Teamwork**:Samenwerken met monteurs** om workflow te optimaliseren;
- Zelfstandig**:Zelf de juiste zaken terugvinden in **het magazijn en alles klaar leggen voor onderhoud**;**:

- Servicekwaliteit: Zorgen voor een **positieve werkomgeving** en **klanttevredenheid**.

- Kennis van **autotechniek en onderdelen** is een pluspunt;
- Uitstekende **communicatieve vaardigheden** en een **klantgerichte houding**;
- Goede **organisatorische vaardigheden** en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen;
