**About the role**

Sygnum Clients team helps corporate, institutional, and individual clients navigate the breadth of our offerings across Custody, Brokerage, Credit & Lending, Token Products, Asset Management and B2B. Potential clients include private clients, asset managers, financial institutions, foundations, public and private pension funds, government, hedge funds, etc.

We are seeking a full-time intern to join our dynamic and rapidly growing EAM & MFO team at our Zurich office for a 6-month period. In this role you will support the Head of EAM & MFO and the team in daily business operations by providing exceptional service to External Asset Managers, Multi-Family Offices, and their end clients.
- Assist in preparing for client visits and managing client dossiers.
- Provide solution-oriented support in (Swiss) German and English, covering onboarding, product-related inquiries, transactions, technical support, contract amendments, and complaint resolution.
- Participate in the client onboarding process with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations) and external service providers.
- Initiate and monitor fiat and digital asset transactions.
- Perform post-transaction AML monitoring and processing.
- Attend meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Handle various processing and troubleshooting cases.
- Collaborate on projects to enhance internal processes.
- Contribute to the development of the customer care framework, such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
- Work closely with internal teams to support cross-department collaboration.
- A people person with a strong interest in business development and sales.
- Distinct customer focus, enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong inner drive to deliver world-class customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form, both in (Swiss) German and in English.
- Experience and enjoyment in working with various internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to get to know the world of Digital Assets and gain expertise in our product and service offerings.
- Previous professional experience in banking and/or digital asset space is a plus.
