**Your tasks**:
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of the company. Your field of responsibility includes ensuring the smooth running of operations, the complete marketing and sales of all services, maintaining customer relationships and leading and motivating the entire team. Together with various partners, you will plan sustainable expansion while maintaining the usual high level of quality.

**Your profile**:

- You are a talented communicator & organizer
- You are fluent in English and/or French. Knowledge of German is a great advantage
- You have experience with demanding international guests and in team leadership
- You love irregular working hours
- You have a flair for negotiation and discretion
- Ideally you have attended a commercial apprenticeship or hotel management school.
