**GMP Associate (m/w/d)**:
**Hintergrund**:
Operations Support & Compliance unterstützt die Entwicklung und Herstellung von neuen Arzneimitteln von der Forschung bis zur Markteinführung. Als Expertenteam für GMP Compliance sind sie verantwortlich für zentrale Prozesse. In der Rolle des GMP Associate werden Sie Teil des Teams in Basel sein. Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für eine Organisation mit 500+ Mitarbeitern unterstützen und beraten sie die Organisation zu GMP- und Compliance-Themen.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Verwalten und Zuweisen von Trainings
- Bearbeiten von Kundenanfragen über unser Service-Tool
- Erstellung von grafischen Spezifikationen, Anleitungen und Richtlinien
- Bearbeiten von Account
- und Zutritts-Anträgen
- First Level Support für diverse Quality Systems (z.B. z.B. Cornerstone, Veeva, CIDM)
- Back-Office bei Audits und Inspektionen

**Must Haves**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und 2+ Jahre praktische Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Datenmanagement und im Umgang mit grossen Datensätzen
- Sie haben einen starken Kundenfokus, treffen gerne faktenbasierte Entscheidungen und führen diese dann auch entsprechend aus
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich & mündlich)
