Director Real Estate Portfolio Management

**Your tasks**
- Accountable for global real estate portfolio strategy and optimization planning, creating mechanisms for efficiency opportunities to be delivered by own team or others
- Ensures appropriate real estate data optimization and related data management systems strategy implementation
- Provides consolidated dashboard reporting for the real estate portfolio
- Responsible for developing the Portfolio Management team as a global center of expertise within the Global Facilities team
- Manages the real estate portfolio through appropriate acquisition, development and disposal of the freehold, leasehold and serviced accommodation portfolio
- Single point of contact and escalation for remote management team in developing and agreeing the strategy for the portfolio
- Mergers & Acquisitions, lead and manage CRE due diligence and integration activities
- Leading innovation and best practice across all real estate matters including supplier optimization and providing fit for purpose service delivery in close liaison with other CRE teams
- Financial guidance in relation to e.g. financial accounting approach

**Your profile**
- University degree or equal education in area of Business Administration, Facility / Real Estate Management or similar
- At least 6-8+ years of relevant work experience in a similar leadership role in a global and corporate Real Estate Management environment
- Expertise and competencies to make responsible decisions, which are both technically sound and consider the risks and impacts of the business needs
- Open-minded toward Change Management with a flexible and self-motivated, collaborative working style
- Strategic leader and builder of both vision and bridges, and able to energize the appropriate teams in the organization
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, multi-cultural and networked organization
- Excellent MS-Office, Data Management skills
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken, any other languages are an asset
