**Résumé de la position**

La Fabrique de Nescafé à Orbe est une référence dans la fabrication du café soluble et de Special.T. Nous vous offrons un poste dans un environnement de travail dynamique favorisant l'initiative au sein d'un site industriel en plein développement où notre mission est d'atteindre l’excellence dans ces domaines.

Nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe avec CAPEX Project Manager, en particulier pour un projet d’envergure au sein de la logistique, mais également pour la gestion d’autres projets dans la fabrique d’Orbe. Une fois ces projets implémentés, d’autres opportunités de projets au sein de Nestlé en Suisse projets pourront être proposés.

En tant que **CAPEX Project Manager**, vous serez responsable d’assurer la gestion de projets d'investissement (CAPEX). Vous suivrez les projets depuis leur concept jusqu'au démarrage de même que l’atteinte des performances des installations concernées

**Une journée dans la vie d’un (e) CAPEX Project Manager**
- Planifier et conduire les projets d’investissement, et coordonner la contribution de toutes les parties prenantes (stakeholders), de manière à remplir tous les objectifs des projets.
- Gestion complète et établissement du budget (estimation, contrôle et suivi)
- Etablir les cahiers des charges, les dossiers de projet et les plans d’implantation
- Gestion complète du planning (établissement et suivi)
- Etablir, suivre et coordonner la gestion du changement
- S’assurer du bon respect des normes de sécurité, hygiène environnement et qualité lors de la mise en place ainsi que des instructions générales Nestlé
- Mettre en œuvre des appels d’offres pour les travaux à réaliser
- S’assurer que les équipements et les installations sont conformes aux normes en vigueur
- Planifier, coordonner et suivre les entreprises réalisant les travaux
- Assurer la mise en service et le démarrage des installations
- Réaliser les rapports mensuels de suivi de projets, établir le dossier de projet et le rapport final

**Ce qui fera votre réussite**
- Diplôme d’ingénieur (mécanique ou électrique) ou titre jugé équivalent
- 4 -7 ans d’expérience confirmée en gestion de projet dans le domaine industriel, idéalement agro-alimentaire ou similaire, y compris pour les phases de démarrage des projets. Certification PMI est un plus.
- Connaissances et expérience approfondies en « Hygienic Engineering »
- Très rigoureux dans la planification et l’exécution
- Aisance à coordonner les équipes multidisciplinaires et interlocuteurs internes et externes
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais obligatoire, l’allemand serait un plus
- Mobile à moyen terme pour différents lieux de travail en Suisse (autres sites Nestlé)
- Connaissances d’une méthode d'optimisation de ligne (TPM) est un plus (en particulier Early Management)
- Expérience en projets logistique est un plus
