**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Schweizerische Flugbetriebsunternehmen im Bereich Managementsystem und Flugoperation/training beaufsichtigen, d.h. Buchprüfungen sowie Audits und Inspektionen durchführen und Genehmigungen erteilen
- Neue Flugbetriebe zertifizieren; Einführungsprojekte wie Einführung neuer Flugzeuge/Flotten bei Flugbetrieben begleiten
- Arbeitsmittel/Publikationen wie Guidancematerial, Checklisten oder Formulare erstellen und intern schulen
- Vorfeldinspektionen durchführen (im Rahmen des SAFA-Programms)
- Das BAZL in nationalen und internationalen Fachgremien vertreten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Berufserfahrung im Kader einer Flugbetriebsorganisation
- Gültige Verkehrspilotenlizenz (ATPL), Flugerfahrung als Bordkommandant in Multi Pilot Operations
- Erfahrung und Kenntnisse bezüglich Regelwerken und deren Umsetzung in der Aviatik
- Erfahrung in Qualitäts-, Projekt
- und Sicherheitsmanagement
- Gute aktive Kenntnisse mindestens einer zweiten Amtssprache, wenn möglich passive Kenntnisse einer dritten Amtssprache und gute Englischkenntnisse
