**Your role**

- We are looking for an Agile Coach, who is able to collaborate with all levels within the organization and who can:
- Cultivate Agile mindset by demonstrating and teaching values of the Agile, as well as the technical skills that form part of the underlying principles and methods
- Evaluate and identify training needs, run, develop and lead training courses and workshops to improve understanding of Business Agility in the whole organization
- Support and coach our Product Owners in the skills of backlog management, prioritization, and importance of balance between business features and technical debt to ensure team are correctly focused
- Enable teams in optimizing flow through their processes, identifying, and addressing impediments and bottlenecks
- Consult leadership as trusted advisor, and support initiatives to examine and improve the team’s agile processes
- Support teams in identifying best (agile) way of working, e.g. ceremonies that enable cross-team prioritization, dependency management, and alignment with divisional and functional strategy

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Business Management & Agile Strategy Team as part of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) Transformation, supporting the Head GCRG Transformation, Group Governance and Compliance & Operational Risk Control (C&ORC), located in Zurich. You will be part of a team of coaches, consultants, and trainers. Our team ensures that our organizations, on team and individual level, are continuously educated, coached and enabled by utilizing a combination of our agile training and coaching offering, e.g. training nuggets, coaching sessions, e-learnings, workshops and individual customized consultations.

**Your expertise**
- Strong communication skills, comfort in interacting with colleagues at all levels, both in English and German
- Multiple years of experience in coaching different roles on various organization levels
- Profound experience developing and delivering formal presentation and conduct trainings
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Flow Manager or similar relevant roles, especially in business operations context, incl. AgileOps, DevOps
- Hands-on experience in establishing and maintaining organizational processes to keep teams highly effective
- University degree, e.g. in computer science, business administration, economics, or related field; additionally: scrum certification, including certification in SAFe, Kanban or similar
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and coach 3-6 teams on different levels of Agile maturity
- Enthusiastic and engaging, to be a source of motivation for individuals and teams and able to lead teams to self-organization
