Für den Einsatz bei einem unserer Kunden im Raum Zürich suchen zu sofort wir eine/n
O2C Lead Consultant - 80-100%, Order-to-Cash

Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld bei einem Schweizer Unternehmen. Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um Projektrolle ab sofort. Die initiale Vertragsdauer ist bis Ende 2023 mit Option auf Verlängerung. Der Arbeitsort ist Zürich und Sie sind mindestens im 2 Wochen Rhythmus vor Ort.

**Aufgaben**:
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lead Consultant für das SAP S/4 HANA Programm. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungen und die Entwicklung von Designvorschlägen für Best-Practice/Best-Fit-Lösungen im Bereich S/4HANA und in Verbindung mit Schnittstellen zu/mit Umsystemen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen unter anderem:
**Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungen**: Sie analysieren bestehende Geschäftsprozesse und identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale im Kontext von S/4HANA. Sie entwickeln Designvorschläge für Best-Practice/Best-Fit-Lösungen.

**Strukturierung und Moderation von Diskussionen**: Sie strukturieren und moderieren Diskussionen über Geschäftsanforderungen mit Fachabteilungen und externen Stakeholdern im relevanten Fachbereich.

**Zusammenarbeit mit agilen Teams**: Sie arbeiten eng mit agilen Teams zusammen, die für die Umsetzung verantwortlich sind. Dies beinhaltet SAP-Berater, Entwickler und fachliche Product Owner. Sie verstehen Funktionalitäten, Probleme und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten und kommunizieren diese effektiv mit dem Team.

**Evaluierung von Optionen**: Sie evaluieren verschiedene Optionen hinsichtlich Machbarkeit, Potential und Aufwand. Sie treffen fundierte Entscheidungen und geben Empfehlungen.

**Integrative Herangehensweise**: Sie denken und handeln integrativ, indem Sie über den Tellerrand hinausschauen und angrenzende Geschäftsprozesse, SAP-Komponenten und Umsysteme berücksichtigen.

**Problemlösung und Risikominderung**: Sie gehen proaktiv an die Lösung von Problemen heran und mindern Risiken selbstbestimmt und vorausschauendStrukturierte Leitung und Moderation von Workshops: Sie leiten und moderieren Workshops mit Fachvertretern, um relevante Themen zu diskutieren. Sie übernehmen die Vor
- und Nachbereitung der Ergebnisse und stellen sicher, dass die Workshop-Ergebnisse dokumentiert werden.

**Anforderungsanalyse**: Sie sammeln Anforderungen und Erkenntnisse für komplexe Geschäftsabläufe, um den Lösungsdesignprozess zu unterstützen. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen, um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und in Lösungsvorschläge umzusetzen.

**Anleitung und Unterstützung**: Sie leiten und unterstützen andere Beteiligte bei der Analyse, dem Entwurf und der Weiterentwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen. Sie stellen sicher, dass die entwickelten Lösungen den Anforderungen entsprechen und effektiv umgesetzt werden können.

**Dokumentation**: Sie erstellen strukturierte und vollständige Dokumentationen, wie Konzeptdokumente, Business Blueprints und Fachspezifikationen von WRICEF-Dokumenten. Dadurch gewährleisten Sie eine klare und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation der Lösungen und ermöglichen eine reibungslose Implementierung.

**Anforderungen**:
Um diese Herausforderung anzunehmen, bringen Sie folgende Skills mit:

**Sprachen**:
Deutsch auf mindestens Niveau C1
