**Your responsibility**:

- Conduct and execute analyses in the area of capital management, incl. balance sheet optimization initiatives, intra-group funding as well as capital market transactions
- Lead the regular capital management reporting process in respect to statutory capital position as well as capital projections
- Analyze and further develop the liquidity management framework incl. internal and external reporting
- Take the lead for the internal and external liquidity reporting
- Collaboration in evaluation and implementation of structural adjustments within the group
- Futher development and documentation of capital management processes, definition of standards, validation, and analysis methods
- Support M&A evaluations as well as other ad-hoc and unplanned requests
- Support in FX Management
- Support of the rating agency process

**Your qualification**:

- University degree in economics (specialization in finance/insurance management desirable)
- Knowledge of corporate finance, ideally from both a technical and legal perspective
- Treasury and liquidity management knowledge is a plus
- FX management knowledge is also a plus
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting and local accounting in the companies country markets
- Basic knowledge of Solvency II and Swiss Solvency Test
- Very good MS Office skills, in particular MS Excel. Knowledge of VBA is a plus
- Fluent in German, very good English skills (further foreign language skills would be an advantage)
