Afin d'accompagner la croissance de notre activité, nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe d'accompagnement Client et recherchons un **Project Manager junior - EAM & Family Office (H/F)** avec une expérience qui se dirigerait autour de la gestion de projet technologique et du domaine Wealth/Asset Management.
**Description du poste** Le profil recherché**
Afin de renforcer l’équipe en charge de l’implémentation et du suivi client, nous recherchons une personne dynamique avec des connaissances idéalement mixtes, à la fois du métier de la gestion de fortune ou middle/back-office et à l’aise avec les outils de bureautique et techniques.
Cette personne évoluera au sein d’une équipe locale afin de mieux appréhender le système et développera ses compétences grâce à l’appui de ses collègues. Notre cursus d’évolution au sein de Wize by TW permettra de maîtriser chaque aspect du métier et d’appréhender avec confiance des rôles de gestion de projet avec davantage de responsabilités.
**Responsabilités**
- Gestion de projet client dans son ensemble : Superviser et coordonner toutes les activités liées au projet client.
- Interlocuteur et point de pivot sur le suivi global du projet : Servir de point de contact pour les clients afin d’assurer une communication fluide et cohérente sur l'état du projet entre les clients et l’ensemble des équipes de WIZE.
- Satisfaction du client en lien avec ses objectifs et avec ceux de WIZE : Veiller à ce que les attentes et les objectifs du client soient alignés et respectés.
- Analyse et spécification générale autour du projet : La connaissance des clients et de leur métier est un élément clé pour assurer une compréhension et l’implémentation de leur besoin avec l’aide des équipes fonctionnelles et projets de WIZE
**Cahier des charges**
- Gérer les exigences et attentes du Client, mises en relation avec les objectifs et les capacités de WIZE
- Gérer le projet de mise en place du Client dans ses différentes phases
- Identifier et planifier les besoins d'évolution du Client
- Effectuer un suivi régulier avec le Client
- Effectuer un suivi régulier avec les responsables WIZE du suivi commercial
- Planifier, préparer, conduire des points de situation réguliers au niveau management Client-WIZE
- Identifier et remonter tout point qui pourrait avoir un impact sur la satisfaction du Client (présente ou à venir), qu'il soit positif ou négatif, être force de proposition
- Identifier des évolutions dans les besoins Clients qui pourraient présenter un intérêt pour le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans WIZE
**Qualifications** Qualités personnelles**
- Excellent relationnel client
- Facilité d’intégration au sein d’une petite équipe
- Travail en équipe (les projets clients ne se font pas seul)
- Autonomie et organisation
**Expérience requise et formation**
- Ecole supérieure (HES ou équivalent)
- Expérience et connaissances dans le domaine de la gestion de fortune ou middle/back-office
- Minimum 1-3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de projet ou similaire
- Excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques bureautiques (Excel, Word)
- Il est important de noter que la personne rejoignant WIZE passera par une phase d’apprentissage du système et des processus internes. Cette période d’apprentissage est cruciale et dure plusieurs mois avant d’acquérir une autonomie complète dans la gestion de projets clients.
**Compétences optionnelles**
- Connaissance de la comptabilité générale
- Connaissances de base des langages et outils tels que Java, HTML, SQL, Linux et Jasper Reports
- Certification de gestion de projet tel que IPMA, PRINCE2, etc.
**Langues**
- Langues : Français / Anglais / Allemand un plus
