En tant que Responsable de ce département, vous aurez pour principale mission d’identifier, définir, conduire, analyser et qualifier les composants et produits finis durant les phases de Développement nouveaux produits, de production des composants & montres et durant leur cycle de vie. Votre expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire au sein du secteur de l’horlogerie, doté d’un excellent sens de l’analyse technique, de l’observation et du détail ainsi qu’une bonne capacité de jugement font de vous une personne reconnue et écoutée.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Planifie, organise et conduit les tests de qualification des composants d’habillage, des mouvements et des montres.
- Définir les plans de tests selon le cahier des charges et le dossier technique du produit.
- Participer à l’analyse des risques des nouveaux produits.
- Analyse des retours de mandats de laboratoire externes.
- Conduire, analyser et récolter les informations en lien au programme de tests des montres au porté, des retours techniques et SAV afin d’identifier les défauts et causes racines.
- Capitaliser les retours d’expérience techniques composants et montres et proposer des améliorations.
- Assurer la création, la mise à jour et le déploiement de la documentation (instructions, procédures et rapports de tests).
- Définir et piloter le budget des composants, machines et calibration

**Required Qualifications**:

- Ingénieur ou Technicien en Microtechniques ou CFC d’horloger expérimenté, vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans dans un laboratoire en tant qu’Ingénieur ou Technicien laboratoire ou horloger de laboratoire.
- Maîtrise des outils analytiques et de présentations usuels (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Expérience avec un ERP.
- Pragmatique et analytique, vous avez un forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse pour faire progresser l’organisation.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos capacités d’organisation, votre rigueur et votre a isance pour travailler indépendamment et également de manière collaborative.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais, de manière à pouvoir communiquer en autonomie avec l’organisation aux Etats-Unis.

ENGLISH

As part of the Quality Assurance organization, the Qualification and Validation laboratory for components, movements and watches ensures reliability and compliance with product quality standards and international norms. As Head of this department, your main mission will be to identify, define, conduct, analyze and qualify components and finished products during the phases of new product development, production of components & watches and during their life cycle. Your proven experience in a similar position within the watch industry, with an excellent sense of technical analysis, observation and detail as well as a good capacity of judgment make you a recognized and listened to person.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plans, organizes and conducts qualification testing of case components, movements and watches.
- Define the test plans according to the specifications and the technical file of the product.
- Participate in the risk analysis of new products.
- Analyze feedback from external laboratory mandates.
- Conduct, analyze and collect information related to the wearable test program, technical feedback and after sales service to identify defects and root causes.
- Capitalize on technical feedback from components and watches and propose improvements.
- Ensure the creation, update and deployment of documentation (instructions, procedures and test reports).
- Define and manage the budget for components, machines and calibration.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Engineer or Technician in Microtechnology or CFC of experienced watchmaker, you have 5 years experience in a laboratory as an Engineer or Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Watchmaker.
- Mastery of the usual analytical and presentation tools (Excel, PPT, Word...)
- Experience with an ERP.
- Pragmatic and analytical, you have a strong capacity of analysis and synthesis to make the organization progress.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor and your ability to work independently and also in a collaborative manner.
- You are fluent in French and English, so that you can communicate independently with the organization in the United States.
