**Excipient Work Stream WS Lead (M/F/d)**

**Role Purpose**:
To become the BEST Consumer Health Company, we are driving towards a high performing Product Supply execution and optimizing our Resources.

A key component within LIFT is Squeeze. Squeeze is designed to address key inefficiencies and establish simplicity in four areas:

- Fit for Purpose ingredients: right size pharma vs food standards
- Design to value: Optimize dosing and supply origin of functional ingredients while meeting consumer needs
- Harmonize SKUs across the portfolio to generate scale and efficiency
- Optimize Tail-end SKUs generating low sales value and/or are margin dilutive

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
The major purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage cross category evaluation and implementation for pharma, food, and cosmetic products in a pharmaceutical environment as part of the program.

Responsibilities mainly cover among others:

- Ideation of improvement ideas for cross category excipient opportunities based on data analytics and sprint workshops
- Evaluation of technical and regulatory feasibility as part of an agile, cross functional project team
- Coordination of country communication and driving of agreement on country buy-in for planned changes
- Driving implementation of ideas along standard change management processes
- Managing project teams including meetings, preparing agendas, scheduling meetings, and issuing meeting minutes
- Developing detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional input is captured and projects are delivered on time, under budget and with planned benefits
- Identifying risks and contingencies and communicating progress to
- Squeeze program management
- Identifying root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, including facilitating problem resolution

**Who are you**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product supply in a life-science environment including at least 2 years in project management
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SAP and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn quickly, challenge the status quo, and to establish solid relationships
